The mystery of the void, and the  fear of the unknown. Watch the evocative  short film I'm not sure quite what it was.

Rickard Bengtsson is a 20-year-old animator and illustrator from Sweden. He animated in flash this visual commentary to a voice-over narrative of a mysterious encounter between one (or two?) persons and a non-specified thing

A game of figures and shadows in a rainy landscape, I'm not quite sure what it was proceeds beautifully from the fear of the unknown to the activity of entering the void, without leaving room for easy solutions.

I'm not quite sure what it was was added to the VIMEO staff picks.
