In a provocative article published in The Hollywood Reporter, critic Scott Feinberg proposes elimination of the animation shorts category from the Oscar awards broadcasting, because it's not popular enough.

The Swiss stop-motion film has now entered the 9 foreign language films that will advance in the 89th Oscars race.
