Vassilis Kroustallis brings forward some of the questions raised for short animation in the recent Impossible Figures and Other Stories I animation short by Polish director Marta Pajek.

Special animation programmes of DOK Leipzig  include a Brothers Quay talk and retrospective,  a Jakob Böhme philosopher tribute, as well as Brenda Lien and Max Colson programmes.

Czech school graduate Diana Cam Van Nguyen also premieres her new Apart film at Rotterdam Film Festival.

Franziska Bruckner curates four programmes of animation shorts in the 60th edition of DOK Leipzig.
